Not able to accommodate people in Wheelchairs

I purchased 2 handicap tickets because my guest was confined to a wheel chair. When we arrive to the venue our seats were in the middle of the row and the seats were attached. We wound up sitting on the end of the row and because everyone was standing my guest couldn’t see the stage. I don’t know how you can seek tickets for wheelchair accessible seating and not have wheelchair access. She was in an accident 16 years ago and has mild brain damage and an amputated leg. It was so upsetting to have to tell her she couldn’t sit in her seat.
